FAQ

Q: Does moxii have gift registry?

 A: Yes! We are very excited about this new addition. We have bridal, graduation, birthday and any other special occasion. 

Q: How do I create a registry?

A: First, you will need to create an account by clicking the "my account" link at the top right of the moxii homepage. Click here to create an account. Once you have created an account, you can then create your registry, which is located on the left side bar of your account. You will also see other features like wish list and product reviews. 

Q: Once I have created an account, how do I add products to my registry or wish list?

A: It's simple! Simply go to the product that you wish to select and click the buttons that say either "add to wish list" or "add to registry." Within your lists, you have the option to edit.

Q: Do you provide design consultations?

A: Yes, we currently provide design consultations at our retail store in Auburn, AL, the design studio in Birmingham, AL and also online. For more information on these services, call us at 1.888.my.moxii or email us at info@moxii.com.

Q: How soon do I need to  make an appointment for college consultation?

A: It is wise to begin the process spring semester of your senior year. You want to be ready to begin thinking of transforming your space when you make thedecision as to which college you will be attending. We recommend that you call 1.888.my.moxii for an initial consultaion or email info@moxii.com no laterthan April. 

Q: Can I order custom shelving for my dorm?

A: moxii shelving is only offered through our "partner" universities. Contact info@moxii.com for details on the campus partners.
 
Q: I am a Resident Hall Director and am interested in a partnership on the shelving or linens moxii offers. Who do I contact?

A: Please contact Melissa Manifold at melissa@moxii.com or 334.821.1100. She will be glad to assist you with contract information. moxii offers both shelving and linen contracts with partner universities. 

Q: Can I order large quantities through moxii.com?

A: Of course, but some items may be limited for immediate shipment. Please contact info@moxii.com for stock reports or simply call 1.334.821.1100 and wewill be glad to assist you. 

Q: Do you take a limited number of college consultations? 

A: The best way to assure moxii can assist is contact us early. We recommend you take advantage of our high school graduation wish list registry, begin talkingwith our designers and allow plenty of time for your college consultation early spring. . We work hard to provide assistance to all request, but we are limited by time and product availability. 

Q: Are you planning on opening a moxii retail location in my town?

A: moxii is a fast growing company with many opportunities for future growth. If you are interested in starting a new location please contact us at info@moxii.com and we will get more detailed information to you. Thank you for your interest.

Q: Does moxii offer any other college specific products other than shelving?

A: Yes, our custom designed bedskirts that have a 30" drop are one of our most popular products. We offer a Classic College Collection that includes everythingneeded for the basic bedding. Please see the college section for new products. 

Q: We are building a new home and I want a designer that is moxii style. Can you help? 

A: Yes, Katherine Bailey is our licensed interior designer and lead on product purchasing and development. Katherine is only available on a limited basis for design services. You can reach her at katherine@moxii.com for further information. 

Q: I am making over a guest room, I really just need a little help putting all the products together...can you help?

A: Yes, simply call the Auburn retail location, 334.821.1100;  and the staff can assist you. After a telephone consult our staff will put together and email you up to three options. They are trained on current design concepts and offer a wealth of experience.
