Returns and Exchanges
Online Returns & Exchanges:
- All returned or exchanged packages must be received within 14 days of the date your order shipped from us. After 14 days, a store credit will be issued up to 30 days from date of purchase. Also, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted.
- Returns must be unused, unwashed or non-defective for full refund after inspection.
- Refunds must be accompanied by the original packing slip and will be made in the form of the original payment. If you misplaced your receipt, go to "My Account," find your order number and print.
- Once item is received, we will promptly exchange or refund.
- The following items are non-refundable: monogrammed or personalized items, final sale items, or items received after 14 days
How to Make a Return or Exchange
- Include the original packing slip or go to "My Account", find your order, and print.
- On your receipt, circle the items that you are returning.
- Fill out the Return/Exchange Form.
- In a secured container, place your unused item with your packing slip and form with the affixed Return Label, which is included in your shipment.
- Use FedEx to return your item. You can find FedEx locations here. The customer is responsible for the costs of the return shipment. This will be deducted from the total refund.
- You will receive a refund promptly after inspection of the item. If exchanging, moxii customer service will call you and assist with your new order.
In-Store Returns & Exchanges:
- All returns or exchanges must be within 7 business days (Mon-Sat) from date of purchase.
- All returns will be in the form of store credit only.
- Store credit is valid for one year from date of return.
