We are dedicated to the partnership of coach and member. The information shared between coaches and members will not be shared outside of Moxii's platform. We believe the relationship of coach and member is sacred and have built our product on this foundation.

Our coaches are commited to the highest standards of coaching. They will always have the needs of their member's front and center and will only provide coaching that benefits the member.

Challenge appropriately, treat one another respectfully, and always act with the goal of unlocking one's best life.

Moxii coaches are committed to unlocking member's best lives. This comes with pushing members outside their comfort zones but always safely and with respect.

Leave space for growth and vulnerability

Growth isn't easy, we know that first hand. Our coaches leave space for member growth and vulnerability in their sessions.

Be present

We ask that both coaches and members show up present in their sessions. Coming prepared, free of distractions, and with intent ensures everyone get the most out of their session.

Member Attendance

Cancellations

To respect our members and our coaches time, we offer a 48 hour cancellation policy. Any cancellation received via message through your Moxii member dashboard prior to 48 hours from the appointment will result in a 100% refund. Unfortunately if we receive less than 48 hours notice from your appointment, you will be responsible for the fee associated with the appointment.

Timeliness

We ask that you are mindful of logging into your appointment on time to ensure a productive session with your coach. Please understand that we bill members for the full session and are not able to go over the allotted time, even if you are late.
